Shipping

Australia Post is our preferred partner to deliver most products to our customers. We offer both Regular Post shipping and Express Post shipping options to Australian and International customers. Some large items such as instruments are sent via different courier services.

Free Regular Post on all orders.

Regular Post

Australia Post Regular Post is our default postage option. Generally, orders with a product value under $35 are sent without tracking and are self insured, and orders with a product value over $35 are sent with postage tracking and insurance.

Adding tracking based on the order value is at our discretion, and is intended to offer the lower possible postage prices to our customers.

If you would like tracking on lower value orders you can select tracking at the checkout.

Larger items (instruments) will be sent via courier with tracking and insurance.

Express Post

Australia Post Express Post is available for any order where the quickest delivery method is required. We offer very affordable Express Post, which includes tracking and insurance.

Larger items (instruments) will be sent via courier.

Courier Services

We utilise different courier services for shipping larger items such as instruments. All courier services include tracking and insurance.

We do not offer courier services internationally or to some remote areas of Australia. If in doubt, please confirm your location is accepted by contacting us prior to purchasing large item.

Parcel Lockers and Parcel Direct

Australia Post only accepts parcels being sent to Parcel Lockers and via Parcel Direct. Most of our deliveries are sent as letters, and we cannot send letters to a Parcel Locker or via Parcel Direct. If you would like us to send to a Parcel Locker or via Parcel Direct, please inquire how we will be sending the item/s before placing your order, or provide a Street Address or PO Box as an alternative. Orders that we would normally ship as a letter may be cancelled if a Street Address or PO Box cannot be nominated.

Pickup

We offer customers the option to pickup their orders strictly by prior appointment only. Pickup is typically offered for instruments or other larger items being sold to local customers. Contact us to arrange a pickup.

Delivery Times

We provide the below indicative information so our customers can choose the most appropriate shipping option to meet their needs. Shipping times are outside of our control and may differ from time to time depending on Australia Post’s capacity.

Tracking should display within 24 hours of dispatch.

Letters and Parcels are dispatched every Monday to Friday except on Public Holidays. Orders will be dispatched the same day if received before 1.00pm AEST.

International Duties

Customs Duties (if applicable for International Customers) are the responsibility of the customer, and the customer must pay any applicable costs associated with importing goods into their country. For New Zealand customers duties are currently applied to orders over NZ$399 (at time of writing). Please check and understand any applicable duties before placing an order.
